The nursing management team continuously promotes the building of a warm nursing station (versions 1.0-3.0). The team emphasizes empathetic service and implements the "say what you do and do what you say" project in key service processes. The team has implemented evidence-based nursing, improved the quality of care for core diseases, and integrated specialized nursing techniques and a humanistic spirit in depth to enhance the connotation of nursing services and promote the development of nursing specialties of the hospital. The team has been approved as a national civilized post for women and won four awards for the top ten most valuable cases in the National Hospital Competition for Improving High-Quality Nursing Services.
